Untitled

She begged with him. He lost his cool. She fell to the ground and cried. After a while of flying tempers and harsh words she composed herself and with all her might she looked straight at him in the eye and requested with her mind, heart and soul, "Forget about it please, just for once."

He fell silent, she held herself reminding how strong she really is. Her thoughts drifted to how she had always been a strong girl and tried to remember the last time she cried this hard but he didn't allow her to go that far along the road to memory, he spoke and broke her reverie, he said, "I'll try but I know I can't"

She looked at him her mind now blank. Her heart beat was calm and something within her had changed. Nothing had changed with him or if it had it had been so for a while. The one thing she loved about him was now staring her in the face like a blood hungry foe. He never lost control and never indulged in drama and today she wished he would. She had long carried her baggage for drama and the emptiness of it was beginning to leave a sore. A sore she never realised would make way.

She wondered how she had come to this. He lovingly called her drama queen and she loved being called that. Until this day it had never crept in, never dawned on her even through all the fights over the last few months. She'd tasted blood once and now she was addicted. She needed drama and intensity to keep her moving. To keep her working.

As much as she needed and yearned for peace and stability she knew in the heart of her hearts that she found it boring, always did and it always ended this way. Through all those years, all those men who had gone silent at her actions, she hadn't realised. But this man standing right in front of her was the love of her life and she knew it. Did he understand that.....that she was addicted to.....no in need of drama and that he was just the opposite?

He had lived his life, taken reckless decisions and made his mistakes with no regrets. He at the same time had also taken a complete U-turn and settled down to be this irresistible man of composure, experience and a non-chalant sense of humour that ranged from slapstick to cunningly witty. She'd met him unexpectedly. She'd run away from him and tried every trick in the book to keep him at bay. He never stopped pursuing her.
